🔥Live Podcast Alert 🔥

🔥On this Real Estate Hustlers Podcast episode, we will talk with Ashley Abbott, Owner at KC Home Offers, a former Marine and Iraq War veteran. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a finance emphasis. Plus a Master of Science in Information Technology Management. He is a Kansas City native and owns and self-manages 45 rentals in the KC Metro. He is well-versed in creative finance strategies, with many of his rentals being purchase-subject-to existing financing or seller finance. Ashley also does fix-and-flips, the BRRRR strategy, and is a DSCR lender and wholesaler. He offers many investor services through his company KC Home Offers.

Shortly after attaining his Master's in IT Management, Ashley realized that he had a much greater interest in working in real estate and went full-time flipping and investing after just a year of doing IT work. He went from zero to forty-five rentals in just three years using creative finance and the BRRRR strategy.

This little hack is making my follow up automation so personal.
For the last two years, I left conferences with a stack of contacts I never followed up with. This time, I left with a follow up system to build.

Had over 100 one on ones last week. And I'm not sending a single copy/paste message to any of them.

Here's what I'm actually doing. Every follow-up is built from the real conversation we had. Pulled from my Plaud recordings, matched to the Blinq card exchange, drafted by AI, delivered through HighLevel. Personal at scale.

84 follow-ups to do. The best messages I’ve seen? They reference something specific we talked about. That's the difference between a contact and a connection.

Useful tip if you do any kind of networking. Record your conversations with permission, even just voice memos. You will not remember what made each person unique by the time you get home. The gold is in the details and the details are what make people feel seen.

I'm forcing myself to not send anything manually until this system is fully dialed in.
Showing up is the easy part. Following through is where relationships actually start.

What kind of system do you have to continue building relationships after a big conference?

(Special thanks to Ashley Abbott @ashbuyshomes for pouring into me before I headed home. You're a big inspiration and super special!)

I am welcoming Ashley Abbott to Investor League on Feb. 12th.

He is a beast in the KC Investing market and consistently putting deals together to build his portfolio.

I am looking forward to sitting down with him and discussing Subject To deals and how he has built his portfolio so quickly over the last 4 years.

Hit a Creative Finance meetup hosted by Ashley Abbott and watched Pace break down a deal live. 🔥

I’m not in the paid community yet, but I’m hungry to learn and ready to work.
If you’re doing creative deals and need help with calls, follow-ups, lead work, or JV support — I’m here to bring value and hustle.

Let’s build together. 💪

@subto is the best strategy in real estate!

Ashley and Nick in our SubTo Community saved a seller from foreclosure.

They got a 4% interest rate loan 💵
They got a badass dog named MARS in the deal. Cause this deal is so cool it should be from another planet.

They resold it to a family for $100,000 higher and gave the new family 8.5% interest.

Not only did they make $100k on selling the wrap. They net $1,200 a month too!

YouTube video coming soon. 🔜 @ashbuyshomes
