If you’re new here, hi 🤠 I’m Ashton! Coach, athlete, and now navigating training as a new mom 🥹

I know firsthand how easy it is for triathlon to feel like it has to take over everything…your time, your energy, your identity 😅 But I also know this, to reach your goals…
You don’t need more intensity.
You don’t need more hours.
You need a plan that actually fits your life.

That’s how you build consistency. That’s how you stay in it long enough to grow. And that’s how you reach your goals without burning out along the way.

If you’re in a busy season of life but still have big goals…You’re in the right place 🤍 #triathlon #triathlonlife #coach #ironmantri #newmom by @ashgeorgetx

just so you know 🤭👇🏼

things that are important to me as a coach
1. your progress, not perfection - I’m here to celebrate wins big and small, the consistent efforts and every step forward
2. open communication - making sure my athletes feel supported the entire way is so important to me. and starting with open communication is key!
3. balancing training with life - I always say training should compliment your life not complicate it. finding the balance is key to success and long term enjoyment
4. teaching you to trust the process - growth takes time and my commitment to my athletes is helping them build a strong foundation one day at a time!

for me coaching isn’t just about workouts and races. It’s about being able to be in your corner, helping you grow and making sure the journey feels meaningful!
