I cannot believe that I have to say goodbye. After 15 years at the studio, and 11 years on the dance team, it is finally time to close this chapter. My first memory was at the studio, the day that I signed up for classes at the age of 2. Now I have a million more memories in that very spot. I have watched the line between teammates and family blend into one and I am forever grateful for that. I know that I would not be the person I am today if it wasn’t for dance and my amazing coaches and teammates who were there for me along the way. I would like to thank Kimmie, Christine, Meg, Christie, Tristan, and Brittney for leading me through these years. I would like to thank my teammates for growing up with me and always cheering me on. I would like to thank my mom for taking me to every competition I went to and watching me all 232 times that I competed and my dad for supporting me. But most importantly, I would like to thank Bridget for being the best second mother I could ask for. You had such a huge part in raising me and training me to become the dancer I am today.
