Teaching Pilates has been one of the biggest gifts for my mental health. Most people don’t realize that as much as I’m showing up for others, they’re showing up for me too. The community at TruFusion is something special — supportive, uplifting, and real. If you’ve been needing a sign to move your body and reset your mind, come take a class with me @trufusion_satxrim . I’d love to have you there!

Still can’t believe how special this day was!!

What started as an idea turned into something bigger than I could’ve imagined. I’m beyond grateful for every person who showed up, supported, and believed in this vision.

Ashletics is for every body, every goal, every step forward — no matter where you are in your journey.

🎥 Huge thank you to @thesamgomez for capturing it all so perfectly. #Ashletics #SculptedByAshletics taken in San Antonio, Texas by @ashley__m_g

Ashletics is something I’ve dreamed of creating a space for pop-up fitness events that bring people together, build community, and make movement fun for every body.

I couldn’t have taken this step without the help of Erin and Cesar. I’m so grateful for your guidance and support you’ve both been such a big part of making this vision real.
