✨ THE ODYSSEY CONTINUES ✨

Some chapters begin loudly. Others begin when you finally become willing to say yes to the person you’re becoming.

This one required me to humble myself, release some old shame, guilt and pain, and accept that sometimes growth doesn’t look like proving yourself, it looks like allowing yourself to be molded, challenged, supported and called higher.

So incredibly grateful for @minsun_jang, whose patience, encouragement and belief in me helped me recognize that I was ready to step into leadership even before I completely believed it myself. 🤍

And what a full-circle moment getting to welcome our new CEO, Dan Lynn, to Huntington Beach, take class together, talk about the future, laugh, learn and hear his vision for what’s ahead.

I’m excited about this new odyssey and about doing my part to help create an even stronger, more connected and more vibrant @corepoweryoga community in 2026 and beyond. 🧡

I’m learning that you don’t have to carry every version of yourself into the next chapter.

Some things can be thanked.

Some things can be forgiven.

Some things can be released.

And then… you rise.

Here’s to leadership.
Here’s to community.
Here’s to staying teachable.
Here’s to becoming.

Putting up curtain rods and putting down roots. 🛠️🤍 Building a new life for myself and my future, one little project at a time.

I’ve missed some days of my October challenge, but I’m still showing up. A pause doesn’t erase my progress, and I don’t need a perfect streak to keep going.

I’m letting go of how I thought life would look and trusting God’s plan as it unfolds. Tonight, it looks like a drill, a new home, and the courage to begin again. 🕊️

Some seasons make you cry out before you find your footing. Heartbreak, letting go, starting again; it takes courage to keep believing there’s more ahead.

I’m learning to breathe through the hard moments, give myself grace, and keep moving toward a life that honors what I need. Healing takes time, and I’m still hopeful. 🤎

Day 4/30: Endurance grows when I return, one step at a time. 🤎🏃🏽‍♀️

Training for HYROX is teaching me to be patient with progress, celebrate small wins, and keep showing up with intention. Some days I push; other days I adjust my pace and honor what my body needs.

I’m grateful to teach alongside people who inspire me. Today, I’m choosing to encourage, give credit, and help another teacher feel supported. We grow stronger together.
