Florence 2026: What an incredible trip to be part of this neuroscience research on movement and creativity in the brain. Such a stimulating experience in beautiful Florence, with incredible views, food, espresso and of course my bestie Lauren! #neuroscience #research #yourbrainonart #movement #dancescience by @ashleydragon

What an honor it was for DH to perform at The Knights Gala last night! ✨ We were thrilled to share an excerpt from 'The Planets' by Gustav Holst, performed by the brilliant Knights (@theknightsnyc) and conducted by the incredible Eric Jacobsen (@ejacobsenmusic). A special shoutout to Ashley Dragon (@ashleydragon) for her stunning Cyr wheel performance of Saturn!

Thank you to The Knights for your years of collaboration, artistry, and unwavering support. Congratulations on a truly beautiful and inspiring evening! 🥂

Saturn 🪐

One of my favorite projects in collaboration with @johnheginbotham and @theknightsnyc for La Jolla Music Society’s SummerFest 2022.

*The Knights were playing Saturn from Gustav Holst “The Planets”.

I had such a great time at Cyrs and Beers last month. Can’t wait for next year and more Cyr shenanigans in between. Community is everything. If you’re in LA and want to spin, hit me up!
