Hip stability Exercises!

These are some of my favorite at home, on the road, reset exercises. Use a ball, pillow, or yoga block. Or if you have nothing, use nothing and just do the exercise.

Try it out, let me know what you think!

I had fun with this one. Whether you’re slouched over your computer, cellphone, or tablet… or just slouching in general, here is a friendly reminder. Sit tall! Draw your abdominals in and up, open through your chest, and lengthen from the base of your tailbone up and out through the top of your head. Life is stressful enough. Don’t take it out on your body.

remembering summer 2022…

Part V: “The Planets 🪐” in La Jolla w/ @danceheginbotham - my final show 💘

This show and this time in La Jolla was completely magical - so much love, support, beautiful dancing and exposed emotions were shared. New friends were made, old friends were seen and the baby seal pups are still the cutest ever.

Dance Heginbotham has been my home for 10+ years and I would never be where I am today without everyone I’ve crossed paths with on this journey. I’ll never be able to truly express how grateful I am for John - his warm heart, beautiful artistry and unparalleled friendship. 🥂 to new beginnings, continued friendships and many rounds of shot roulette!

Busy news cycle! @danceheginbotham had the joy of performing The Planets on stage with the glorious @theknightsnyc and @inonbarnatan at @ljmusicsociety last weekend. Four sold-out shows performed in-the-round. There was so much virtuosity and heart emanating from the performers. AND we got to be in the same festival as the stunning, jaw-dropping forces that are @cecilemclorinsalvant , @arcostanzo , and @sullivanfortnerjr ! #dhontour #theknightsnyc #ljmusicsociety #danceheginbotham #summertimesummertimesumsumsummertime
