First run back 🏃🏾‍♀️ and yeah… the time definitely wasn’t what it used to be 😂 but I’m not mad at it. I’m just happy to be moving again and working my way back.

Having an accountability partner makes such a difference too. Shoutout to Savion, my neighbor a few buildings down, for getting out there with me! Sometimes you really just need somebody to run with, a running group, or somebody who’s gonna hold you accountable.

We ran Lower South End and I’m already looking forward to the next one. The goal is to get my pace back up, but for now… we’re just getting back in the groove. 🏃🏾‍♀️💨 taken in Charlotte, North Carolina by @ashleyraye

Yeah… this was THAT kind of night. 😂✨

The outfit was giving, the vibes were vibing, and after getting dressed we stopped at @vinylclt for some food and drinks before heading to see @ellamai. And honestly… the night just kept getting better.

I LOVE going to concerts because it’s not just about hearing the music it’s the energy in the room, singing along with a whole crowd, feeling every song, and just being completely in the moment.

And baby… I SANG. 😂😂 I sang my entire heart out!

@ellamai put on such a good show, and I can honestly say this was one of the most fun nights I’ve had in a while. Sometimes you just need a night where you get dressed, eat good, listen to good music and forget about everything else for a few hours.

And yes, the entire outfit was @adidas because if I’m going to do it, I’m going ALL the way with the fit. 😂

Charlotte, you definitely did your thing that night. 🤎✨

Resilience is my superpower. 🦸🏽‍♀️💪🏾💋

I’ve been through things that could’ve changed me, broken me, or made me bitter. Instead, they taught me how to bend without breaking, fall without staying down, and keep becoming.

I don’t need revenge. I don’t need to prove anybody wrong.
I just keep going.

And the funny thing about resilience? Eventually, the life you build becomes the answer. 🤍
