When you travel, new challenges are always present. The days are slower, and journeys are longer, you’re constantly in unfamiliar situations. You learn to compromise much of yourself, to stay balanced and find peace. Learning to find familiarity in the unfamiliar while being a stranger in a strange land. And yet, since all things are new, you see only the beauty in them. A simple walk down the street yields new wonders, creates delight and curiosity. Traveling always helps me to find a new appreciation and beauty in the simplicity of everyday life ✨🍃

Life (aka surgery💉) forced me to hit pause with so many of my fitness endeavors. 3 months of recovery 🤕 (which was basically bed rest) And a few months of easing myself back into training and FINALY we are here 🥹

My body is ready for all the lifts, all the gymnastics, Calisthenics and handstands I’ve been dreaming of 😍👏🏽

6 months post op and I’m feeling 100% ready

They say to, “do what you love, so that you never have to work a day in your life”, and that’s quite literally all I’m trying to do.
Being paid to workout? Hangout with other fitness enthusiasts , and help others with their fitness goals
😮‍💨 The Dream

Making career transitions in your mid 30s is daunting to say the least. I’m still plotting and planning and mapping out my future career endeavors, putting irons in the fire and so excited for what 2025 will bring 🔥💪🏽🤭

Travel oftentimes helps me to reconnect to whats essential and important to me 🪷✨it reminds me to be present and intentional with my energy and with each and every moment.

Ive been focused on healing and honing in on my personal goals and mission 🙏🏽feeling immense gratitude for my time in Spain so far. For this trip, for my freedom and this privilege ✈️✨🫶🏽 and it’s just the start.

1) sunsets in Spain 😍
2) restarting handstand practice again😅
3) 🌴☀️
4)fellow nomad / adventurer / friend and confidante
5)bakery’s and cafes are EVERYWHERE
6)renting a car was the best decision for this country
7)🌅
8) the Christmas markets are the only thing reminding me that it is in fact Christmas season lol
9&10) scenic moments while walking that I just HAD to capture by @ashleysayque
