Solo traveling isn’t just a phase for me, it’s become a part of who I am.

Every trip teaches me something new about myself.
How to trust my instincts.
How to slow down and actually experience life instead of rushing through it.
How to find comfort in my own presence no matter where I am in the world.

This city inspired me, grounded me, and reminded me once again how big and beautiful this world really is.

Mexico City, you were everything I needed and more. 🇲🇽✨
Until next time. 🤎 taken in Mexico City by @ashleysherrell

15 years… wow. 🥹✨

This weekend I got to celebrate not just a milestone, but the people who made it all possible — my clients. Every early morning, every rep, every breakthrough, every moment of growth… we did that together. 💪🏽

This wasn’t just an appreciation dinner, it was a full circle moment. I’m beyond grateful for each and every one of you who trusted me with your journey. You’ve changed my life just as much as I’ve helped change yours. ❤️

Cheers to 15 years down… and many more to come! 🥂

I’d say solo travel is singlehandedly the most empowering thing I’ve ever done in my life.

It reminded me how strong I am, that I can take care of myself, adapt, and figure things out no matter what challenges come my way.

It taught me how to love myself, how to truly enjoy my own company without feeling bored or lonely. It shifted my perspective in ways l never expected, exposing me to different cultures, people, and ways of life.

It reminded me that the world is so much bigger than what we know, and that growth begins when we step outside our comfort zones.

It gave me the confidence to believe that I can do anything, because I faced my fears in unfamiliar places and always came out on the other side.
It rewired my brain for the better.
