Most women think their hamstrings are simply tight. 🧐

In reality, the issue is often deeper than flexibility alone. 🔍

Years of hinging, sprinting and lower body training can change how the hamstrings behave under load. The hamstrings do not function in isolation. They are part of a wider posterior chain system influenced by fascia, force transfer and tissue quality. 👈

When tissue behaviour starts to change, the quality of movement changes with it.
