Watch me transform -> I gained more weight postpartum than I gained my whole pregnancy & I was pretty fit in the years leading up to becoming pregnant, SO LADIES!! ⤵️

Be easy on yourselves, our bodies are designed to store excess fat so our bodies can produce milk for our babies.

I really thought the baby was gonna take all the baby fat 💀 but it doesn't happen like that. So I had to double down 4 months in, after not doing anything for so long.

Consistentcy helped me shed my baby weight fast. Just showing up and moving goes a long way.

Super proud to see the results of all my hard work and dedication to myself.
