ever since i read joey and aofie’s story i have thought about them every. single. day. a whole four months of not wanting to let these characters go. still to this day i can’t. they are literally carved into my heart.

i am lost for words when it comes to this review. i can’t even talk about these books without feeling every emotion that it brings me when thinking about them. the pain my heart went through while reading this book was tenfold. whenever i read romances now i always find my mind coming back to joey and aofie. to this series. to the relationships, the heartbreak the love i have for these couples. every single time. nothing can compare to them.

i fell completely in love with joey in binding & keeping 13. i fell even more in love with him in this. i love him for everything he is. the good and the bad.
him story completely shattered my heart. out of any character i could have wanted the best for it would be him. my heart broke over and over for him. everything he went through in these books i went though. i rooted for him every step of the way.

aofie malloy. where do i even start. i just love her so much. i couldn’t even begin to imagine how hard everything she went through was. she has to be my favorite fmc to this day. her beautiful heart and strength. her loyalty and love for joey.

her and joey are it for each other. there story is so raw and beautiful and i will always think of them and root for them. i will never recover from these books. there something so special about their love is the most real and rawest thing i’ve ever read and i will never move on from joey and aofie. ill love them forever <3

i have fallen in love with this author. as a fan of his movies, i can’t believe this is my first book of his. nicholas sparks has a way of making you feel every emotion he puts onto the page so deeply. his writing is so simple and timeless, yet you feel every single thing. there’s something so special about gentle way of making you fall in love with each and every one of his characters. this is a genuinely the most beautiful story of life and of first love. of what was. what is and what could have been. of a second chance but in a different way. i would a million times over. it absolutely shredded my heart in the worst way possible but healed me all in the same.

maggie and bryce will remain in my heart for a long, long time.

a new forever favorite book & another 6 ✨ read.

this is the rawest and truest form of enemies to lovers, set in a dystopian world controlled by a government and ruled by masked elites, full of betrayal, rage, love, survival, and so many painful and dark gut-wrenching emotional realities that will gnaw at your heart and soul. the writing is so masterfully done.

i went into this book completely blind and it was the best decision ever. i literally had the time of my life. from the characters to the world building to the twists i never saw coming, i loved every second of this amazing story. it took me on a full emotional rollercoaster that i still feel deep in my chest. i felt so connected to every single one of these characters — to my sweet baby boy callum, to shadera and greyson… oh, how i love you so, so, so freaking much. i would give you the whole world if i could. 🥹

this book is a must read for EVERYONE in my humble opinion. i wish i could read it 1000 times over again for the first time. (one of the best endings i have ever read and i’m still not over it.) by @ashlynnreadss

im 44% through acofas and even though i’m loving it so much, i’ve been taking my time with it and soaking up every bit i can since the thought of finishing, starting acosf, and that being the end for a while has me sorta kinda fully spiraling 🥲

love month was sweeter than i imagined — i found my way back to journaling (my favorite therapy), crawled my way out of a reading slump (yay), and somehow discovered my first two 6-star reads of the year and a new favorite author (!!) fell so in love with wuthering heights after watching and immediately had to buy my first penguin classics copy ofc! also hit 1.7k (!!) the support and friendships that i’ve made from this little corner here genuinely makes my heart so so big!! ilyilyily 🥹

as the new year came i made promise to myself that i would implement changes in my daily life to fill my day with more joy and happiness so here’s to all of the little things that i looove lately!

-my oh so cozy morning routine
-romanizing my reading setup (i’m obsessed)

I’m finally starting Beartown today and I’m honestly so excited but also a little nervous because the hype is REAL😭📖 I’ve heard such amazing things, so I’m going in with all the feelings. I can’t wait to fall inlove with this world and be emotionally wrecked in the best way. 🥲

i finally finished acofas and my heart is so giddy. i truly love every second i get to spend with these characters and in this world. it’s so bittersweet to say that im starting acosf but getting the little snippets of cassian and nesta in acofas have me so ready to be fall deeply inlove with them and their story!! (pls send all of the hugs and tissues my way bc the destruction this book put me through will have me needing every bit of it) by @ashlynnreadss

currently reading mate by ali hazelwood and im 36% in and lowkey losing my mind yall! the banter? actual chefs kiss. the tension? unreal. me? already obsessed!!

quite literally have been unable to stop thinking about this book but have been so busy to the point where i am to exhausted to read by the time i get home! buuuut im off to texas for 10 days — soooo hoping this road trip equals lots of reading time! fingers crossed i’m able to finish it before i have to unpack lol!!
