Take a second to think of how quickly your life has passed…remember being a child and all you want was to grow up? Id give anything to be back there now. the truth is we never give ourselves enough credit for how far me have come in life…the amazing things we have achieved and experienced all the people’s hearts we have left foot prints on. And all those people we helped when they needed it the most….

Look in the mirror and be proud of the person you are today, pat yourself on the back…is what the little you would definitely do💖 by @ashman46

I post this with my head held high…the aim is to give some of you fathers hope! Hope and faith that when the time is right things will fall into place but untill then you cannot put your life on hold. Make those memories, laugh, smile and do the best you can to make the most of the time we have. MENTAL HEALTH IS REAL if your every down theres always someone who cares. by @ashman46
