For anyone who wants more of this specific practice without the rest of my feed mixed in — I started @arunkriyareiki11 just for it.

Before anything else — stillness.

Every practice I teach begins the same way: sit, settle, arrive. Not to escape the day, but to actually meet it.

Thirty seconds of true stillness will show you more about your mind than an hour of scrolling ever will.

Try it before you close this app. Just thirty seconds.

Which was harder — sitting still, or staying off your phone after? Tell me below.

Time flies. Meditate diligently and accept all your deep shadows. The mind you carry will naturally become pure. Love, wisdom, and compassion—indeed, Sila, Samadhi, and Panna. As a new friend from the monastery said, “All knowledge is floating around us, and once the mind is completely pure, the practitioner receives the necessary wisdom.” taken in Chiang Mai, Thailand by @ashtafit
