✨ Discover the 7 Chakras: A Journey Within

In many yoga and spiritual traditions, the chakras are understood as energy centers associated with different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual experience.

From the grounding energy of the Root Chakra to the expanded awareness of the Crown Chakra, each offers an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. 🌿

Swipe through our guide to explore all seven chakras, their traditional associations, and what they represent in your journey toward greater awareness and balance.

Remember, the journey isn’t about being perfectly balanced all the time. It’s about becoming more aware of yourself, one breath and one practice at a time. 🧘

💜 Save this post as a reference for your practice, and follow @arunkriyareiki11 for more on Kriya Yoga, Reiki, and mindful living.
