Merry New Years! by @asian.sti

08.22.26 GG (👍•ᴗ•)👍

Seems like alot of people have been crashing this year.. here's mine. Thats the life. It's all part of the game. Shit sucks and shit happens, but could've been worse. What's life without a little bit of risk. Car still drives straight thanks to @aoi_brz 's magic touch 👍.

Car turns on but stopped cranking. No power to the starter S terminal (0.1v). Windows/wipers stopped working but everything else turns on. Fuses/relays/battery are fine 👍.

Thx @chungandrew15 for letting me borrow your scanner. Found a U0100 code if anyone can provide any advice 🙏. BIU/ECM are green, 0 DTCs 👍. by @asian.sti

08.22.26 Finishing the season with a 1:34.677 (-4.683s) at @theplacetorace. Haven't changed the setup since the last Pacific session 😎... cuz my dumbass forgot to order the front @k4rt30y endlinks for the swaybar and my dumbass left my ss brake line kit on top of my car and drove off to work 🤦‍♂️..

Anyways it definitely helped seeing @stefantomalik push my car to the limit at the Ridge before this which helped me push my car harder 💪

A lot people have been asking me about how my door card and wing end plates light up. The answer is simply:

𝑬𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆

The emission of light by a material in direct response to an electric current or field passing through it..
Electroluminescence was first discovered in 1907 by Cpt Henry Joseph Round, but it wasn't until the 1950s when the EL Panels were produced commercially.

After seeing them on the 24 Hours of Le Mans racecars, I was inspired to do get them on my car and started researching Electroluminescent Panels.

The setup is pretty simple. All you need is an inverter and the Electroluminescent Panels. The inverter size depends on the total area of EL Panel it's powering. The larger the inverter is, the more a 12V regulator is recommended. They can be cut to shape but make sure to seal them so water doesn't get in.

Vinyl overlays done by @madvinylworks

Small EL Panels from Amazon/Ebay/Adafruit are perfect for cosplaying as well. Currently sourcing from alibaba lol. I used to source from Technolightusa and and Ellumiglow.

I've been wanting to do this on my bike but am too lazy at the moment.. ill get to it eventually 🙂‍↕️ by @asian.sti

1:54.383 (-5.417s) is what @stefantomalik did when he drove my 305whp car for the first time ever with the new updates. I ended up doing a 1:57.382 (-2.418s) the next session. Unfortunately, I experienced severe fuel cut issues after T9 right before the crest at half tank.. plus my brakes felt a little mushy from Stefan driving the shit out of it 😂. By the time my brakes cooled down after lunch, it started raining soo I guess ill take 1:57 for now 🫠

Big s/o to @aoi_brz for getting my car aligned that early morning on his off day 🙏. I had an alignment scheduled the day before at @firestone but the technician left before my appointment 🙄.. apparently it wasn't communicated to the team after my appt was confirmed. But it was definitely worth missing the first session in order for the car to drive more properly.

In the first pic, I mowed the lawn at T2 near the end of the day when it was wet and skipped to T4 😂

Updates since last Ridge session:
• Front coils raised 10mm (sad no more sparks :c... maybe i should lower it just a little 😂)
• Rear coils raised 8mm
• @bridgestone RE-71RZ
• @racecompengineering rear sway bar ⭐️⭐️⭐️
• @k4rt30y endlinks

To do for next session:
• Install front @racecompengineering swaybars ⭐️⭐️⭐️
• Soften rear swaybars ⭐️
• Install ss brake lines

06.22.26 First time out with @2fasttrackdays and I lowsided on the T13 on my 2nd session.. leaned all bike no body🤦‍♂️. Fortunately, I only broke the shifter, but I didn't have replacements :c.

S/o to @brianperez_17 for trusting me with his R3 tho. I decided to spend the rest of the day just practicing my body position. Ngl, the R3 color matches the rumble strips so well lol.

Thx @jiihn_kim for the pixel stretch edit 🫶

06.20.26 The weather turned out great for my 2nd time at @theplacetorace ending the day with a 1:39.36 (-6.4s from my wet time). This was also my first time running the new @bridgestone RE71-RZ tires. S/o to @racecentric for getting them delivered and mounted before the track day 🤙

Also s/o to @driftoffice for continuously updating my map to fix the external knock feedbacks 🙏

05.23.26 Its been 2yrs since I was at the @theridgemotorsportspark, and I'm finally sub-2.. barely. 1:59.8 (-0.2s) with the splitter off, but at least Wrxanne looked pretty for the pictures 😂.

Not really satisfied with the time improvement especially with my poor steering input and the little extra power I got from the dyno tune, but at least I can work on that next. Although I did just find out the RT660 isn't that good for heavier cars like mine.. maybe I'll test the new CRS v2 at the next track day 👀. I also realized my left splitter rod was at -3° when I remeasured it after coming home 💀. Regardless, I still had fun driving at the Ridge and hanging with the crew 🙂‍↕️

05.03.26 Another track day, another peanut butter :D. Didn't really push it much during the first half cuz I was getting back into the groove and running off of 4hrs of sleep 🫠, but I started pushing it more during the second half of the day.

I went from Sess 4: 2:12.36 (-0.19s) to Sess 5: 2:08.82 (-3.73s) to Sess 6: 2:06.98 (-5.57s) 🤯. I even started doing full on knee drags for the first time but later realized my body position was absolutely atrocious 😭 since I'm not used to hanging off the bike. Those @pirelli supercorsa diabla sp tires gave me way too much confidence lmao... sooo I need to run it back and redeem myself lol.

03.14.26 Racing in a winter wonderland at @theplacetorace was something I wasn't expecting to check off of my bucket list lol. S/o to @racecentric & @ongridtrack for making this happen despite all the snow we got prior to that.

This was also the first shakedown testing for the new engine rebuild/upgrade. Everything was fine fortunately, but it kept exceeding boost limit when I hit the straight which was most likely due to my wastewate slowly going out. I also ended up leaking oil from the turbo oil feed line cuz my dumbass installed the wrong size banjo bolt crush washers during the rebuild process 🤦‍♂️. So I drove to @subaruofauburn to get new washers and Chris from @spec2garage installed it within 5-10min in time for the next session 🙏.

By the end of the day, the track cleared up for the most part so I switched to my RT660. I ended up with a 1:45.76 which I was content with considering I only did one lead/follow last year with no sim time in slightly wet conditions lol.

I'm hoping I can get a faster time if I sign up for June - otherwise I hope @ongridtrack does more Pacific events next year 🤙

02.07.26 A fun but short-lived event at @carsoniceca's first Ice-X of 2026. Due to the warm weather, the rescue vehicle that was on standby fell into the ice closer to the shore where the ice was much thinner. Fortunately everyone was safe and was able to evacuate safely.

I'm still glad we got to hit the ice at least once this year. This would be my second time on studs so hopefully the weather next season will be alot better! It was also nice seeing the ice-xers again!

12.30.25 Worst financial decision ever :)

Thanks to those who have had a hand in the rebuild process 🤝

Special thanks to @_bertha_sti for showing me how to remove and install the engine which basically drove my decision to just get the block rebuilt. I also decided to install the reliability mods plus some do some deletes cuz might as well while the engine is out lol 🫠
