* 3 tbsp Chinese sesame paste
* 2 tbsp Soy sauce

* Green onions, sliced

Rice Cooker Hainanese chicken

* Chicken & Rice
* 3–4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on preferred
* Salt to taste
* Drizzle of sesame oil
* 1–2 tsp neutral oil
* 2 cups jasmine rice rinsed
* 2 cups water
* ½ tbsp chicken bouillon powder
* 3 garlic cloves minced
* 3–4 slices fresh ginger
* 2 green onions sliced
* ½ tsp turmeric optional, for color
* Cucumbers for serving
* Sweet Spicy Sauce
* 4 Thai chilis
* 5 garlic cloves
* 3 slices of ginger minced
* Salt to taste
* Juice of 1 lime
* ½ tbsp sugar
* 2 tbsp chicken broth or water
* Scallion Ginger Sauce
* 2 parts chopped green onions
* 3 parts minced ginger
* Hot neutral oil
