5 Common Mistakes With Estate Planning

1. Procrastinating and not having a plan at all. Time is of the essence.
2. Having an Estate Plan, but nobody knows what or where it is.
3. Not having Power of Attorneys in place in the event of incapacitation.
4. Having an Estate Plan that's outdated... it's been collecting dust for the past 10 years.
5. Failing to name beneficiaries on retirement/bank accounts and/or life insurance policies. Highly suggest that you name primary and contingent beneficiaries.

Alhamdulillah! Another successful Trust Signing Day. ❤️🤲🏽

Congratulations to Brother Faruk and Sister Khadiza on completing their estate plan!

They reached out to our office last week with an urgent goal: to get their affairs in order before leaving for an extended stay back home in Bangladesh.
