🚨IMPORTANT UPDATE🚨
Black Spiders will no longer be joining us on our U.K. headline tour due to personal reasons.
Fortunately, we have a very exciting new band to take their place. Pieces of Molly from New Zealand will be joining as special guests, for their U.K. touring debut!
We’re dead-set on making these shows something special, and bringing you something to truly restore your faith in rock ‘n’ roll! Pieces of Molly are an arse-kicking band, and having been recently featured a few times in Classic Rock Magazine here in the U.K., we’re honoured to be able to bring ‘em from the other side of the globe to get you guys rockin’ on our headline tour in November!

Dates Below:
13.11 Wolverhampton, KK’s Steelmill
15.11 London, The Underworld
16.11 Bristol, Exchange
17.11 Nottingham, Rescue Rooms
18.11 Glasgow, Classic Grand
20.11 Newcastle, The Cluny
21.11 Leeds, The Key Club

“Set Your World On Fire will launch a full-blown assault on your senses from the moment you press play, scorching your brain and leaving what’s left of it in a pool in your pants. This is non-stop hellfire raining down from your turntable delivered by a band teeming with the kind of primeval fury you can hear in every chord. It’s old-school rock without being a throwback, because to ASOMVEL, this is just how hard rock should sound. If this album doesn’t set your world on fire, nothing will.”

Set Your World on Fire is out now 🌍🔥
The first thing we wanna say is THANK YOU! Over 1,000 pre-orders with no record label, no distribution, just the undying support of the ASOMVEL ARMY.
This is the first time in the history of the band that we’ve recorded a second album with the same lineup, for once it didn’t feel like we were building up the synergy from scratch, or dusting ourselves off after another setback. We were able to take everything we did with the last album and refine that process, and as a result, the album felt like it wrote itself. It’s a collection of various ideas that primarily arose from the fundamental joy of playing a guitar through a loud Marshall amplifier, whilst surrounded by the kind of creative energy you get when the vibes are good and everybody understands the assignment.

We recorded a lot of the tracks on Born to Rock ‘n’ Roll before we’d even gigged together as a band. This time we were going back into the studio after touring relentlessly all year with bands we’ve idolised for a long time, living our dream, soaking it all in, and gradually becoming the people we needed to be to make this album.
We’re on a roll now, and we’ve already started writing for the next album!

We’d like to thank Matt Elliss at Axis Studios in Doncaster for doing a great job producing, mixing, and mastering the record. Thanks to Deb Robinson and Davey Gooch, for going above and beyond for us in ways no manager and no accountant/merch guy typically would! Most of all we want to thank all of you for buying the album, streaming it, and sharing it with your mates! We can’t wait to get out there next month and play this shit loud & proud for you all!!!
Until the next one; IF IT’S TOO LOUD, YOU’RE TOO OLD! 🔊 by @asomvel
