🅑🅞🅞🅚 🅜🅐🅘🅛 Thank you so much to @harper360uk for sending this beautiful stack of books when they sent “The Faces and Places of Oz” for the current @instabooktours campaign 🌈 All 4 books are from the “Dorothy Must Die” series by Danielle Paige and are titled: •Dorothy Must Die •The Wicked Will Rise •Yellow Brick War •The End of Oz Not only are the edges coloured - which I love - the use of the clock to show which number book is sooo clever! I absolutely love The Wizard of Oz and Wicked so I cannot wait to read these 💚🩷🫧 𝗔𝗗 - 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 by @asreadbydanielle

𝚂𝚒𝚖𝚙𝚕𝚢 𝙼𝚘𝚛𝚎 𝚋𝚢 𝙲𝚢𝚗𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚊 𝙴𝚛𝚒𝚟𝚘 On Saturday Evening I attended Simply More in Conversation with Cynthia Erivo and hosted by Ncuti Gatwa - honestly to be in the room with them both in such an intimate setting was out of this world. I still have no words for how absolutely amazing the event was and the experience of listening to Cynthia speak not only of her new book but so many other things - never in my life did I think I would get to be in the same room and so close to my favourite person! Not only that, I also had to privilege of witnessing first hand the special moment with sweet brave Bella @_the_divine_rose_ (which you may have seen on social media) - I was already quite emotional and that interaction sent me over the edge! 🥹 We also sat very close to Edith Erivo her Mummy which was so special. The book is released on 20 November and I cannot wait to read it later this week 💚 ➡️ Scroll through some of the photos I took of the absolute queen that is @cynthiaerivo @faneproductions @darkmattermktg @roundtablebooks @panmacmillan - what an amazing evening 😍 #CynthiaErivo #NcutiGatwa #SimplyMore #Book #SimplyMoreInConversation #Wicked #WickedMovie #WickedForGood #Elphaba #PanMacmillan #BookEvent #BookLaunch taken in Town Hall by Bottaccio by @asreadbydanielle

• Book 100 of 2025 • 📖 The Faces and Places of Oz 📚 Book Tour by @instabooktours #InstaBookTours The story in emojis: 💚🫧🪄 3 things about this book: •Maps •Behind the scenes vibe •beautiful photographs & illustrations ℝ𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Faces and Places of Oz is a stunning photographic and illustrated accompaniment to the Wicked Movie(Part 1). I love that it is set into different parts for the characters and places so that you can focus on different aspects. I especially liked the further descriptions of Shiz University - including a map! Many of the photographs are stills from the movie and depict some of my favourite parts. The book is like going behind the scenes and I hope that a further edition is released for Wicked For Good. I am obsessed with Wicked, so this book is absolutely perfect for me to look through again and again. 🅰🅳 - 🆁🅴🆅🅸🅴🆆 🅲🅾🅿🆈 #Wicked #Elphaba #Loungefly #TheFacesAndPlacesOfOz by @asreadbydanielle

• Book 93 of 2026 • 📖 The Opportunist by Tarryn Fisher The story in 3 emojis: 👀🖤🤯 Highlights from the book: •Love me with Lies (Book 1) •Secrets & Lies •Toxic Relationships ℝ𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Opportunist had me hooked from the start! There’s definitely no shortage of secrets, lies and complicated relationships in this one, and honestly… these people really do know how to make life complicated! The story keeps you wondering how everything is going to play out, with plenty of drama along the way. It’s messy, complicated and full of those moments where you’re just thinking WHY?! And now I’m really looking forward to Dirty Red, especially as it’s told from the perspective of the “other woman”. I NEED to know what was going on from her side of the story! I have a feeling this series is only going to get messier… and I will buckle right in for it. by @asreadbydanielle

• Book 91 of 2026 • 📖 Practically Magic by Jen Calonita 📚 Past Campaign by @instabooktours The story in 3 emojis: 🔮 🎃 👻 Highlights from the book: •Mystic Hollow Community Page •Annual Halloween Crush •Cosy small town setting ℝ𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Practically Magic was such a fun, witchy read! I was definitely here for the witchy vibes, secrets, family drama and, of course, a little bit of romance along the way. I loved the whole Mystic Hollow Community Page element - because obviously I need to know what’s going on with everyone and EVERYTHING in town! And then there’s the annual Halloween crush… because who said Halloween can’t be a romantic holiday?! A cosy, magical read packed with Halloween vibes, secrets and just the right amount of magic. Favourite quote: “For the first time in my life, I feel…. Practically…..magic.” - because honestly, this immediately made me think of Elphaba in Wicked: For Good… 🅰🅳 - 🆁🅴🆅🅸🅴🆆 🅲🅾🅿🆈 by @asreadbydanielle

Selling ARCs or PR copies of books on Vinted is not only against the rules that are clearly stated on the actual books, it's taking a sale away from an author that we, as book bloggers, are supposed to be supporting. Please also remember that, in some cases, authors have personally paid for those copies to be sent to you. That’s money coming directly out of their own pockets to get their books into the hands of bloggers and readers. So, going forward, any proofs or PR copies we spot being sold will be reported to the relevant publisher/author. They can then decide whether the person involved should remain on their PR list. Because apparently, we can be dicks too. by @asreadbydanielle

• Book 90 of 2026 • 📖 Her Perfect Escape by Rachel Wolf 📚 Previous Campaign by @instabooktours The story in 3 emojis: 🔪🛥️🍷 Highlights from the book: •Suspicious characters •Multiple POV •Psychological Thriller Her Perfect Escape had me suspicious of pretty much everyone! What starts out as the perfect escape very quickly turns into anything but, and let’s just say… I definitely wouldn’t want to go on holiday with this lot! A LOT happens throughout this one, with twists, secrets and plenty of moments that had me questioning who I could actually trust. Every time I thought I had things figured out, something else happened and I was back to square one. It was an easy, twisty read that kept me turning the pages to see what was going to happen next. Definitely one where I’d say… maybe choose your holiday companions wisely! 🅰🅳 - 🆁🅴🆅🅸🅴🆆 🅲🅾🅿🆈 by @asreadbydanielle

• Book 89 of 2026 • 📖 Dante by Sadie Kincaid The story in 3 emojis: 🥵🚩🔥 Highlights from the book: •Chicago Ruthless series (Book 1) •Dark Romance •Very spicy ℝ𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2 Damn……. Dante is dark, spicy and completely unhinged in the BEST way. And Dante himself? Definitely the kind of morally grey man who should probably come with a warning label… but did that stop me from being obsessed? Absolutely not. Love me a red flag! After reading The Auction, plus a VERY big recommendation from a friend (you know who you are 👀), I knew I needed to dive further into Sadie Kincaid’s back catalogue and honestly… Dante did NOT disappoint. Dark romance, questionable decisions, red flags everywhere and I was here for ALL of it. Chicago Ruthless series… you officially have me invested. by @asreadbydanielle

• Book 88 of 2026 • 📖 Too Hexed To Handle by Charlotte Ingham 📚 Past Campaign by @instabooktours The story in 3 emojis: 🔮💋🩷 Highlights from the book: •Inconvenient Hexes •Lots of Magic •Things get spicy ℝ𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Too Hexed To Handle was one of my most anticipated reads and honestly… it did NOT disappoint! I absolutely loved the whole concept of the contest and everything that happened along the way. And the way it all came full circle at the end, chefs kiss. I’m also very much here for a bit of dark magic, so the soul eaters were right up my street ….. And the hexes were SO clever - although possibly a little inconvenient for some… IYKYK This was funny, spicy, magical and just such a brilliant read. I genuinely loved every second and now I need more magical chaos immediately! I now anxiously wait for more books by Charlotte Ingham as both have been 5 Star reads! • Book 87 of 2026 • 📖 Trad Wife by Michelle Brandon 📚 Past Campaign by @instabooktours The story in 3 emojis: 💄🏠👀 Highlights from the book: •Secrets behind closed doors •Unreliable narration •Trad-Wife lives ℝ𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tradwife definitely had me saying “just one more chapter”… and we all know how that goes!!! We’re introduced to The 15 Commandments of a Tradwife - the rules for being the “perfect” traditional wife - and let’s just say… I don’t think tradwife life would be for me! Told through multiple POVs, we get to see different sides of this picture-perfect life and what’s actually happening behind closed doors. Because obviously… things aren’t quite as perfect as they seem. I absolutely LOVE an unreliable narrator, so this ticked a big box for me, and there were a few red herrings thrown in along the way that I definitely won’t be giving away!
