You walked in here in your jeans and suspenders and won all of our hearts… and then you just kept showing up. Day after day for your class, and often several more times throughout the day while you were out getting your steps in, just to say hi to the other classes or sneak candy into my pockets. 🤭

You were a friend to us all, and you did everything you could to make sure this place succeeded. You were a “tough son of a gun” with the biggest sense of humor and a bike that was 50 years old. We could shoot the breeze for hours, and there was never a shortage of life stories, lessons, or laughter.

You were one of a kind Matt, and a real good man. We’re so grateful you walked through our doors and became part of all our lives. Love you Matt. Thanks for sharing part of your story with us. 🫶🏽

We will miss you. Buckley will miss you… I will miss you friend.

“See you tomorrow! 👋🏽”

Pen to paper because every year added to the @assemblecommunity story is one worth stopping to celebrate 🫶🏽 4-8 are the building before we opened, 9-12 are present day, and 13-15 is from seven years ago on the last minute trip of a lifetime to Africa with Amy where the idea all began.

There’s a lot of intention that goes into this place… down to the rock that keeps the door open for all to enter. Most people think it’s ‘just’ a rock ☺️ and it’s hard to tell in this footage but that ground in the last few pics/videos is covered in rose quartz, and that’s exactly where the rock is from.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this place past, present, and future. It’s pretty incredible. 🫶🏽 taken in Buckley, Washington by @assemblecommunity

Solid weekend for the Assemble fam… keeping tabs on everyone racing was practically a sport of its own. 😅

Saturday started with Stephen & Derek putting together great performances at the Mud Mountain Marathon, while Dan, Kyle, and Madison took on the Cirque Series at Crystal Mountain.

Then today, Kevin, Toby, Chris, Tanner, and David raced IRONMAN 70.3 Washington Tri-Cities.

Every single person put up incredible performances, and what’s not featured here but even more impressive is that behind those start lines were months of balancing family schedules, work, early morning workouts, swims, rides, runs, long training days, and everything else that doesn’t stop just because you decided to chase a big goal.

You are all so inspiring. Beyond grateful to be surrounded by people who continue to test what’s possible, and in doing so, make Assemble what it is. 🫶🏽 by @assemblecommunity
