Pen to paper because every year added to the @assemblecommunity story is one worth stopping to celebrate 🫶🏽 4-8 are the building before we opened, 9-12 are present day, and 13-15 is from seven years ago on the last minute trip of a lifetime to Africa with Amy where the idea all began.

There’s a lot of intention that goes into this place… down to the rock that keeps the door open for all to enter. Most people think it’s ‘just’ a rock ☺️ and it’s hard to tell in this footage but that ground in the last few pics/videos is covered in rose quartz, and that’s exactly where the rock is from.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this place past, present, and future. It’s pretty incredible. 🫶🏽

What better way to prepare for a marathon than to just go do a marathon? Because that’s exactly what I’ll be doing this Saturday. 🫡🦵

Using it as a baseline for where I’m at right now and going to be testing out some different fueling strategies and pacing ideas because @kesha723 knocked some sense into me about not going out too fast like I always do. She owes me $20 if her strategy doesn’t work. 🤭

Had a raging headache when I woke up today. Popped 3 advil and went to the gym. Headache gone. Not sure if it was the ibuprofen or the workout…. but for marketing reasons I’m going to say it was @assemblecommunity

What an amazing experience this race was, I could not have done this without all the help from my crew and pacers. You all know who you are, I can’t thank you guys enough. Going into this race I had the goal of getting under 3 days (72 Hours) and I accomplished that goal. I also thought I would be finishing middle of the pack and just getting it done, but to take 20th overall and 13th in the Male division I was pretty stoked about. If you’re sitting at home looking at this post and contemplating signing up for something that scares you and pushes you, DO IT. One thing this race taught me is that everyone is way more capable than they realize. Get after it and stay in the fight 🤘
