In the end, the grand opening of La Grande Boucherie was a success - pandemic delays and missed deadlines aside. We're just grateful to have been along for the ride. 🎥 Scenes from our first screening of MAKING LA GRANDE BOUCHERIE and an afterparty that captured the spirit of La Belle Époque! Available now on Amazon and Vimeo on Demand. Directed by @bendigiacomo #A9NYStudio #documentary #filmmaking taken in New York, New York by @assembly9

This film is our unofficial time capsule contribution for what life was like for the restaurant industry in New York City during the height of the pandemic. With a story behind every element of its interior, we set out to document the craftsmanship of traditional French artisans and the incredible amount of work and care that went into making Manhattan’s greatest French dining experience. @boucherienycfilm is available now. #A9NYStudio by @assembly9

Throughout 2020 #A9NYStudio followed the architect, designers, artisans, construction crews and culinary team behind La Grande Boucherie as they brought their largest new restaurant to life. We witnessed first hand the resilience of everyone involved as this ambitious project unfolded alongside a global pandemic. MAKING LA GRANDE BOUCHERIE is out now 🔗 #productionstories #BTS #documentary #filmmaking taken in New York, New York by @assembly9
