Had a great time last month at Tribeca Film Festival (@tribeca) celebrating the world premiere of “Bad Like Brooklyn Dancehall”. Ben (@bendigiacomo) and Amy DiGiacomo (@amyohyea) did a fantastic job, proud to be a producer on this great film. Shout out to Assembly9, Misfit Productions, Hyphen Grant, and the Ramfis Productions team for everyone’s hard work and for coming out and supporting the premiere.

I’m so excited to share that 15TH PARISH, a documentary feature about the NYC Jamaican dancehall scene in the 80s and 90s, is the newest recipient of the HYPHEN GRANT!

Hyphen is a not-for-profit company that supports west Indian & Caribbean film and filmmakers. Blessed to have AJ Leon, and James Cole, Jr., on the founders’ team. We are honored by our inclusion, and excited to announce that “Making La Grande Boucherie” (produced by @assembly9) is now streaming on @primevideo and @vimeo!

Featured in the documentary is @legeardstudio founder @jlegeard, the lead co-design director with Emil Stefkov, responsible for transforming Manhattan’s 6 ½ avenue into a larger-than-life Parisian dining experience that honors timeless French design. The design of this one-of-a-kind brasserie, @boucherienyc, was inspired by the elegant and ornamental Art Nouveau style.

Yesterday we had a private screening of the movie Making La Grande Boucherie, directed by Ben Digiacomo. Documentary about an ambitious architectural project to transform a unique space in Midtown Manhattan into a 1920s-era French brasserie. The screening was followed by a red carpet, and the after-party continued at the North Room of La Grande Boucherie. Here are some photos of the evening atmosphere.
