Often then choosing to share this simple but powerful practice to help others

I have been practicing Reiki for over 25 years & teaching Reiki for 15 years & teach all levels up to Master/Teacher

Singing Mantra is a powerful way to heal & transform our frequencies & focus our minds 🙏🎶💕

It is often known as the Green Tara mantra and is recited to invite courage, inner peace, and freedom from suffering. Green Tara is sometimes called the Mother of Liberation because she symbolises the compassionate energy that helps beings move beyond fear and obstacles.

Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha
You might recite it aloud or silently, allowing the rhythm to settle your attention. You don’t have to force a particular feeling or experience.
As you chant, you could hold this intention in your heart:
“May I be free from fear. May I find courage, clarity and peace. May compassion guide me through whatever I face.”
The mantra is traditionally used as a Buddhist spiritual practice, but you can also approach its words as a focus for meditation and reflection.
The simplest way to understand it is: “O Tara, compassionate liberator, help me move beyond fear and suffering, and guide me towards freedom and peace.

Shared with deepest gratitude 🙏🎶🌹
