A beautiful moment from @medicinefestival when Loisa and @mariegabriellaoficial spontaneously sung Abbey’s @astaraalchemy water blessing song she had written. Sometimes we are utterly overwhelmed by these sacred connections 🤍 #blessings #affirmations #love #friendship #kindness ming

Oops, nipples.

Because feeling comfortable in yourself means all of yourself.

At Samsara, we honour beauty in all its forms — not just our bodies, shapes or ages, but our stories, our experiences and everything that has made us who we are.

There’s something beautiful about watching a woman forget what she’s “supposed” to hide, cover or worry about — and simply enjoy herself.

Clothes should give us that freedom.

To move. To laugh. To play. To feel the sun on our skin. To feel beautiful without needing to change a thing.

No nipple shaming here.

Just women, being women — and feeling completely at home in themselves.

At the heart of Cornwall Health and Wellbeing & Cornwall Counselling Directory are the people who make up our growing community.
People with different skills, experiences and approaches, but a shared passion for the work they do and the people and communities they support across Cornwall.
Heligan gave us the chance to step away from our online profiles and come together in person - with the public and with each other— to talk, laugh, share, learn from each other and celebrate what we each bring.
Real people. Real connections. A growing Cornish community.

Watch this space for our next event !

Wellbeing Festival at Lost Gardens of Heligan 🧘🌳

This was such a lovely day with such beautiful humans 💚 I made some connections and spent quality time in nature. I also took part in an outdoor meditation session, sang along in a drumming circle and went on a guided therapy walk in the woods.

Excited to be welcoming some gorgeous souls onto their Reiki path this coming weekend! ✨

Teaching Reiki Level One is always so incredibly special to me. This level is all about self-healing—it is the foundational step where you learn to channel this beautiful, gentle energy to support your own healing.

I've been busy setting up the space at the beautiful @phoenix_centre_cornwall where I am teaching this weekend.

If you have been feeling the call to start your own Reiki journey, connect deeper with your intuition, and prioritize your personal healing, drop me a message.

Thanks @abbeymyners for being such a wonderful Reiki teacher and for the gorgeous energetic sprays @@astaraalchemy.
