Brahmaputra Nehir Kıyısı Kentsel Dönüşümü @atarchitecture_ tarafından tasarlanan dönüşüm projesi, Brahmaputra kıyısında doğal ekosistemi onaran, su kenarı yaşamını güçlendiren ve kente yeni kamusal alanlar kazandıran kapsamlı bir kıyı düzenlemesi sunuyor. Proje, su zambaklarıyla bilinen Padam Pukhuri göletini yeniden canlandırıyor, nehirle kent arasında yeni bir kamusal eşik kuruyor ve komşu kültür mirası müzesiyle güçlü bir yaya bağlantısı sağlıyor. Proje detayları xxi.com.tr'de Fotoğraflar: Avneesh Tiwari ---------- Urban Regeneration of Brahmaputra Riverfront Designed by @atarchitecture_, the project rejuvenates a natural water lily pond, creates a new river edge along the Brahmaputra, and seamlessly connects the site to the adjacent heritage museum, fostering public interaction. The project revitalizes the Padam Pukhuri -meaning "lotus pond"-originally 1.5–2 meters below ground level. A pixelated, stepped pavilion follows the site’s natural contours, providing both a recreational platform and access to the water and its aquatic flora and fauna. Built in Gulpani Nokat, South Garo Hills, Meghalaya, this government-funded jackfruit processing plant runs as part of a farmers' cooperative and doubles as a community centre. Designed by atArchitecture @atarchitecture_ , led by Avneesh Tiwari and Neha Rane, the raised, steel-framed building separates the flow of goods from the movement of people, with a central admin office and a public hall opening onto the village fields. Prefabricated steel keeps costs and assembly time low, while local craftsmen build the concrete base. Sitting in a flood- and earthquake-prone region, it also serves as a disaster shelter. Its wider stake is economic: ripe jackfruit that would otherwise go to waste becomes canned food, chips, pickles and flour.
