Thailand post part 1 Bangkok - crazy bike rides through the city, long boats, Buddha temples, street food and markets for days! More than 24 hours of travel and already worth it! @adventuretraveltk is the only way to go! by @atayder7

For most of my life stillness meant something TOTALLY different! It meant I was wasting time, why would I spend time being still? I was raised hearing things like “come on we are burning daylight!” Life was moving quickly and I needed to jump on the train. This created a lot of anxiety for me. Not only was I always in a hurry but I was also always late lol!

Over the last few years I have learned so much from slowing down and being in the stillness. It takes time to create a space for stillness but through this practice I have found so much, peace, connection, insight, and yes time! Priorities and focus become more clear and truths emerge, which in turn has nearly wiped out negative self talk (which used to be on repeat!).

While it can be difficult to find time for stillness, I promise it is worth every minute and somehow it creates more in your life. At least it has for me! taken in Stillness by @atayder7

Nov 2-9 is a week that will change your life forever if you do this!! And they are running a special which they never do. Only happens twice a year in Colorado. It’s not easy and it’s not cheap BUT it’s WORTH EVERY penny and EVERY minute! Do it!!! DM me for more info! taken in Loveland, Colorado by @atayder7
