Have you ever done breathwork? I haven’t, but I have wanted to! I have to admit it scares me a little 🥴 I see posts and hear that it brings up a lot of emotions. Cognitively I know this is good but in reality the fear of what will come up is a little overwhelming. Well folk tomorrow is the day!! The First Steps class will experience a full breathwork session together! Ready or not here we go!! Big shout out to @thecomfortzonewithmick for being our guest facilitator!!

A great experience today. That reminds me that God is in the details and will provide what we need if we do our part, and if we are open to it. I share my experience hoping it will help someone as much as it helped me! 💛 Today, my meditation was one of self reflection, self compassion, and speaking my truths out loud. It is what my spirit needed. I have also been studying grounding, and so I spent some time barefoot outside as well today. I was finally coming around to feeling supported when I thought I would pull a card…. And this card is what I got!! It says “you are a blessing to this world. Seriously, you may not realize how much joy and light you bring, so today, the universe is reminding you of it. The universe is acknowledging your have some of the challenges, healed wound, and become the brightest, most Whitefield being you have ever been. This. Is. Huge. You have every right to live your most authentic life. Don’t hold back, express yourself, for when you authentically embody your whole self, you feel safe in your own skin in the Earth becomes a safer place to be. The steps you’re taking to claim your own healing and safety, are radiating from you into this world. Realize the blessing that you are. If you have ever felt like a burden, know, it is not your truth, the world this blessed to have you. “❤️#divinebeauty #itsinyou

Taking the woo out of energy. Let’s break it down. Humans are alive because…. Our heart beats. Our heart beats because our mind tells it to. Our mind and heart are made up of tissue. Tissue is made up of cells. Cells are made up of atoms. Subatomic particles are made up and moved by…. Energy. At our most fundamental levels, we are all energy! Everything around us is made up of energy! What is your energy doing for you? #divinebeauty #energy

What’s all the woo woo about energy?! Tonight we get to talk about energy! I’m so excited to create a better understanding of this. Its all around us! It’s in us! Scientifically in its most basic form it or what we are made of, what the earth is made of, and what is all around us! This class will take woo out of energy and create a foundation to work from by understanding energy better. Our first class was amazing and so many great insights came from this remarkable group! I can’t wait to see what tonight brings!! 💝#divinebeauty #chakras #energywork
