Well, that’s a wrap on Road Map and now it’s time for post production. The only way to say this is that I was blessed with the group that came together to make this possible. Every single person who participated in this brought skills and talent that were immeasurable. I had a pleasure to watch people grow and learn new skills. Seeing the light sparkle in their eyes when the shots came out clean and crisp, caused goosebumps to ripple through my system.

Any person on this team will be an asset to any creative outlet that exists in this world. If you want Bad asses working for you who truly believe in changing this industry and pushing the boundaries, then looking no further than the Road Map crew. by @atdave

POV: you ask a Production Assistant what’s in her pockets on an indie film set… and somehow she has the entire production in there 😭🎬

Tape? ✅
Sharpies? ✅
Random things someone handed her 4 hours ago? ✅
Basically everyone else’s stuff? Obviously. 😂

It takes a LOT (and a lot of pockets) to bring an independent film like ROADMAP to life — and now we need your help getting us across the finish line. 🚗🎥

⏳ We’re in the FINAL DAYS of our @seedandspark campaign!

👉 CLICK THE LINK IN OUR BIO TO DONATE and help us bring ROADMAP to the screen. Every contribution, follow, share, and repost helps us get one step closer. ❤️

Send this to the PA who somehow always has exactly what you need 😂

MEET THE TEAM: David Michael Zarish II 🎬

David brings Eric to life in ROADMAP, a story he co-created alongside Sriram Kanduri and Veronica Tullo.

He’s an LA based actor, writer, director, and producer with credits spanning film (The Lost Horse, The Keys, Food For Thought, Bully) and theatre (The Crucible, The Miracle Worker, Lord of the Flies, and more).

Trained in Stanislavski, Meisner, and Suzuki, David blends emotional truth with physical storytelling. He’s also a 2nd degree black belt, a classically trained baritone, and co-founder of The Artists’ Adventure.

Everything he brings to the table is in service of one goal: telling stories that celebrate humanity and connection. ROADMAP is no different.

⬆️Link in bio to donate and help David and the rest of our team bring this story to life. Every bit helps.

2AM. Day 1 wrapped. This is what it actually looks like. 😂🎬

This is the sound of a film crew running on fumes after their very first day shooting ROADMAP.

No sleep. Every ounce of energy spent. Up again in 4 hours to do it all over again.

This is what independent filmmaking actually looks like behind the polished trailers and festival posters. It’s exhaustion, it’s chaos, it’s screaming into the void at 2am because that’s the only thing left to do. And somehow, it’s also the most fun we’ve ever had.

We’re doing this because we believe in this story. But we can’t do it alone.

👉 Link in bio to donate to ROADMAP and help fuel days (and nights) like this one. Every dollar keeps this crew going.

This is only Day 1. Follow along for more 🎥

WE ARE LIVE 🎬
After months of work, our @seedandspark campaign for ROADMAP is officially LIVE, and we need you.
This is a story about grief, and how it moves through us differently than we expect. It’s personal, it’s real, and it deserves to be made right.
👉 Link in bio to see exactly where your donations go + the perks waiting for you (yes, there are perks 🎁)
Can’t donate? That’s okay. Share this post! Tell your friends, your family, your neighbor’s dog, everyone. Grief is universal, and so should this story be.
Every dollar. Every share. It all counts. 🎥
