Enquiring is the easy part. You tell us what you’re dreaming of, we check your date, and then we have a chat about what you’d love us to create. If you are wanting Plan & Style with us, we will include our Planner, Mel on the call also.

From there, we put together a custom proposal based on your dream version of the day. We can adjust it together before you book if something needs to shift.

And please don’t feel like you need every detail decided before locking in your date. Your proposal is a starting point. As your plans take shape, it will change too. That’s a normal part of designing a wedding, and we’ll work through it with you.

Once you’re happy to go ahead, you sign your contract, pay your deposit, and your date is yours. Then the fun really begins.

Booking May 2027 onwards and into 2028.

I’m not blind to the fact that I get to work alongside some incredibly talented people at some incredibly beautiful venues. And this day at @campdavidfarm was exactly that.

Here’s a first look at the full-scale marquee setting we planned and designed to show what’s possible at @campdavidfarm when a planner and stylist work together.

If you’re dreaming of a marquee wedding, here’s what goes on behind a setting like this to bring it all together...

- The marquee is only the starting point. Flooring, lighting, power, furniture and on the day venue requirements all have to be taken into account with the planning so every guest is comfortable and safe across the evening.

- The layout is designed around how your guests will move through the space on day. How they will enter the marquee, how much space the bar needs to serve drinks and the room needed for everyone to hit the dance floor.

- Styling choices like florals, draping and table settings are designed alongside logistics from day one, so the look you fall in love with actually works in the space allowing guests to find their seats easily and caterers to serve food efficiently.

That’s the beauty of a planner and stylist working as one team. The vision and the logistics come together, so nothing is missed and your day is perfect!

For a little while now, we've been working behind the scenes on something new...

When a very special opportunity came along at @campdavidfarm with the dream team at @mellyraincreative and @ateliercreative, we decided to fast-track things and launch this new venture a little sooner than planned.

After years of creating weddings across Victoria, we've built a range of glassware, cutlery, crockery, linens and décor that our clients have come to know and love. We wanted to make those products available to everyone, not just our Tent Society couples.

✨ That's how @_curated_tables_ was born.

Over the past few months, we've been busy building an automated online booking system, refining our collection and creating a simple, seamless hire experience.

Everything you need for your tables, all in the one place, delivered straight to your event.

Think about how many times your guests visit the bar throughout the night. For a drink, for a chat, for that second espresso martini or spicy marg.

It’s one of the busiest spots at your wedding, so I love giving it a little moment of its own. Flowers, signage, draping or a detail that carries your story through the space. It doesn’t have to be huge. It just has to feel like your wedding.

And yes, I will absolutely be thinking about what it looks like in the background of everyone’s photos!!

Sometimes I love repurposing your ceremony flowers to the space as I can change it up to suit the bar as there is usually a lot to play with.

Same venue.
Same location.
Two completely different weddings.

Both were in the atrium at @aloramacedon, in the exact same spot. For one couple, it was their ceremony. For the other, their reception.

It’s a huge space, with so much height and room to fill. That’s something I think about from the very start. How do we make the most of that height, give the space enough presence and still make it feel right for the couple?

I loved seeing how differently we could use the atrium while working with what makes it so beautiful in the first place. Same spot, two completely different styles.

Giving you a whole carousel of just the ceremony design because we could truely sit and stare at this view and these flowers all day.

Rambling romantic florals, roses, seasonal foliage, custom handmade ruffled stage skirt and a view you’ll never tire of.

No trending audio. No filter. Just me sewing, singing off key in my kitchen and making something unique for somebody’s wedding.

Because I’m not only your florist. I’m your designer, your stationer and your stylist. I’m dreaming up the concept, designing the details and then physically creating so much of what your guests will experience.

Of course, there are things we leave to the experts. But in a world of AI, recycled ideas and weddings beginning to look a little too familiar, having one creative vision carried through every detail gives your day an edge that can’t be replicated.

It feels personal because it is personal.
And that’s what makes it unforgettable.
