⚠️Long Sappy Caption⚠️

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have been a part of Spoiler track and field for the last 6 years.

I couldn’t have asked for a better support system throughout my career. The memories and friendships I have made from track and field will last a lifetime and I couldn’t be more proud of my team not just for the success on the track, but for the people that they are off the track as well. Seeing the work that God has done in my life and the lives of others through this sport is what has truly made me fall in love with it.

The greatest lessons that I have learned from this sport are:

1. There is never success without failure. In order for one person to win a race others have to lose.

2. Confidence and humility can exist at the same time. To be a successful track athlete it takes a great deal of confidence to put yourself out on the track and trust your training, but it also takes a great deal of humility to win or lose with grace and respect your competitors.

This is a one of a kind sport that God has blessed me with and I’m so grateful that my career is not over yet! taken in Bismarck Community Bowl by @atompkins1332

oh how I love this sport

so much to say, but I am going to try and keep it short this year...

This sport is near and dear to my heart for many reasons, the biggest being the community. God has blessed me with the most amazing group of people to grow as an athlete with. It is the most rewarding experience to be a part of my fellow teammates', older and younger, success. I couldn't have dreamed of a better team to compete with, and I am already looking forward to my final season next year as a Spoiler. by @atompkins1332
