My beautiful things…

many of you don’t know, but on my wedding day, everything went perfectly. Everything was planned accordingly with the exception of my children, getting a vicious stomach bug, causing them and my in-laws not to attend our wedding.

Although extremely disappointing, my husband and I did not let that stand in our way of having a beautiful and memorable day.

Today me and my little family got all dressed back up and re-took photos. I know my kids will only remember not attending their wedding through stories, but they are what makes us a family.

My wedding was perfectly imperfect, just like us Kendall’s.

This weekend was all about love of life, culture, and my city.

Have never felt so much pride to be Mexican than now! Thank you for @moonflowerr_ & @dinkc for always connecting me and reminding me of our culture. And KC I’m so proud to call you home!

The Galicias, your wedding was not just beautiful it was deeply rooted in love and was nothing short of performance art. You guys did a beautiful job! Thanks for letting Nate and I be apart of your special day!

Our first local high school football game was really Alton’s idea. 🏈 He’s been talking about going all week, and once we got there, he was so excited to see the Seahawk. He even told us the cheerleaders knew his name and remembered him! 🥹

We cheered, soaked up the Friday night lights, and made it all the way to halftime, which felt like a win with two little boys. Such a sweet family night. 💛💚

There was something really special about Mississippi this time. 🤎It wasn’t just a trip to visit family—it was getting to watch our boys step into a piece of their daddy’s story.They got to see where Daddy grew up, where he went to school, and the places that helped make him who he is. They got to meet their Grand Pappy, spend time with their aunts and uncles, and play with their cousins from sunup to sundown.And I mean PLAY. 😂 In the water, in the mud, running through the backyard, climbing all over the playground—outside so much that eventually you stop noticing the ninja ants and mosquitoes and somehow don’t even mind sitting in the Mississippi heat for hours as long as there’s some shade and a fan nearby.They got to watch their uncle work on our car. They got dirty. They stayed outside until they were exhausted. They were loved on endlessly by family who absolutely adored having them there.But my favorite part was knowing that they weren’t just hearing stories about where Daddy came from anymore—they were getting to see it, experience it, and connect with it for themselves.As they get older, I hope they remember little pieces of this trip. The cousins. The backyard. The mud. The heat. Grand Pappy. Their aunts and uncles. Maybe even those Mississippi mosquitoes. 😂Life gets busy, families grow up, and miles can separate us, so I’ll never take opportunities like this for granted.So incredibly grateful for the time, the memories, and most of all, for family who loves our boys so deeply. 💛 My big boy. 💛

It’s only his second week of school, and somehow I already feel like time is moving way too fast.

This week was Color Days, so naturally we had to document the yellow outfit — which also meant making sure his hair was exactly the way he wanted it. 😂 He is SO particular about his hair these days, brushing his stinky teeth, and honestly, I kind of love it.

While Daddy and Dax sleep, Alton and I have our own little morning routine. It’s just us, getting ready, fixing his hair, picking out his shoes, talking about his day, watching cartoons and having those quiet little moments together that I know I’ll treasure forever.

And then comes the part I’m not quite ready for… when my baby tells me, “No, Mommy. I can do it by myself.” 🥹

Even on the mornings when I ask if I can walk him into school, he insists he’s a big boy and can do it on his own. And while a tiny part of my heart wants to scoop him up and hold on a little tighter, the biggest part of me is SO proud.

He’s becoming independent, confident, silly, particular, sweet, and so very him.

So here’s to yellow outfits, perfectly styled hair, silly pictures, sleepy mornings with Mommy, and watching my little boy grow into the big boy he’s becoming. 💛 by @atruegem__

This momma was not prepared.

I spent so much time making sure my Alton was ready for school he went dancing in! I looked around and saw other kids cling to their parents some of them holding them in their arms as they walked in, and I couldn’t even get my son to hold my hand and I realize that it was because I wanted him to hold my hand for me, not because he needed me.

But you better believe I put on a brave face, and I didn’t even cry until my hand reached the car door handle.

I cannot wait to see how my smart boy gets even smarter how he’ll make new friends and learn so many new amazing things! 2:30 cannot come fast enough! by @atruegem__

☠️🏴‍☠️ Ahoy, mateys! What an adventure! 🏴‍☠️☠️

We had the BEST time at Pirates Voyage! From the incredible acrobatics and animals to the mermaids, pirates, and all the swashbuckling action—there was something for everyone! 🧜‍♀️🐴⚔️

The boys were absolutely PUMPED and fully embraced their inner little scallywags! 😂 And of course, we had to keep the adventure going after the show with a little dressing up and some serious sword fighting! ⚔️🏴‍☠️ Watching their imaginations run wild was honestly my favorite part.

And yet another reason I love Dolly Parton—she knows how to create an experience the whole family can enjoy! 💕✨

10/10 would recommend Pirates Voyage! If you’re in the Myrtle Beach area, put this one on your must-do list! 🏴‍☠️🌊

🐾❤️ Paws for a Cause was a success! ❤️🐾

A huge thank you to our amazing residents for showing up with so many thoughtful donations to support our local Humane Society! Your generosity is helping provide comfort and care for animals in need. 🐶🐱

We also loved welcoming two adorable adoptable puppies to our community! While they stole plenty of hearts, there are so many more furry friends waiting for their forever homes. If you’ve been thinking about adding a four-legged family member, schedule a visit with your local Humane Society—you just might meet your perfect match. 🐾🏡

Today, we celebrate more than just a college graduation, we celebrate years of determination, sacrifice, and perseverance.

When we found out we were going to be parents, you made the decision to go back to school. Not because it would be easy, but because you wanted to show our future children that anything is possible when you work hard and believe in yourself.

Over the years, you balanced full-time work, classes, assignments, family life, three moves, and the beautiful chaos of raising two children. There were long days, late nights, and plenty of moments when giving up would have been easier—but you never did.

Today, all of that hard work has paid off. Not only did you earn your college degree, but you graduated with honors. And to make this accomplishment even more meaningful, you are the first Kendall to earn a college degree.
