Another memory locked in.
Always an honor to continuously witness these beautiful life events with you @moonflowerr_

20 years of getting to support and love on one another through each other’s big and little moments is a gift! And rarity that is hard to find & harder to keep. Thank you for being my longest, bestest, and most beautiful friend (I said it). I am so blessed to honor your love with @dinkc and can’t wait to watch the years continue to unfold, for all of us. I love you both to the moon and back. This celebration was a perfect depiction of you both - with love, laughter, dancing and ancestors. Thanks for welcoming us all into the ceremony and celebration 🖤

I was on the phone telling my friend about how I’ve been more grounded and not traveling as much as I used to, but then discussed my plans for just the next month alone - at the time I was in Hawaii, left for Colorado after, then KC, Dallas, South Carolina, back to Dallas, KC, and finally back home to Mexico. Halfway through - I heard how ridiculous i sounded, I’m going to be all over the place 😅 I guess in comparison to my history, this is still less. This feels familiar to me.

I saw an opportunity to spend time in the woods, summit 14ers, to see my family and friends again, to meet their babies and celebrate milestones, to attend my friends dream wedding, to client calls/sessions, picking up classes and shifts working tirelessly, returning to the stage and dancing to Bengali music and speaking my language and reconnecting with my community. All while nursing a plethora of mixed emotions.

I’ve always been one to commit to multiple things and capable of handling it all. So I said yes, to everything. Because time is something we can never get back & I choose to make the most of it. It was full of love, compassion, connection, ambition, support..
quality memories were made.

Normally i return to Puerto and jump into the swing of everything - pick up my quad, start teaching, return to classes, etc. My first morning here I called off the urge & spent this past week decompressing, regulating my nervous system, spending quality time alone and with my dog, processing all these experiences and emotions. Being in my bed again :’)

Birthday behavior 🥳 to say that I am blessed is an understatement. Thank you for showering me with so much love ♥️
What better way to celebrate than to come support your crew. Everyone coming into fight trained so hard & it really showed. So proud to be training alongside ya’ll, learning and witnessing your growth.
