Mango Kombucha. Opening Drink. I don't have much to say about this. It all happened so fast.

Kachela ( Tuna Kinda Fish on Top of Buckwheat Cracker) . Buckwheat Breadloaf with Yak Butter (second time I have been floored by bread. 1st time was in Thai airways).

Seasonal veggies and fruits. Tomato, Papaya, Watermelon, Floral leaves. Butternut and Mint Dressing not pictured. The texture of the tomatoes felt very unique and sweet.

Some kind of Fish from Chitwan. Grilled or Fried or Boiled I don't remember but with Lime Foam. Fresh, boneless, Tasty ( I was actually full by this point.)

Fiddlehead Fern with wildflowers. I think the fried part is Cheese and I don't know what. The yellow part of the sauce is Onion ( tasted like Lays sour cream and onion chips but fresh) the middle green part is mint and coriander. Don't remember the red dot.

Pear Sorbet. This would make a great smoothie.

Braised Chicken ( prepped for 3 days ahead to remove the fats) with Corn Souffle, layered Potato cube, bone broth Gravy and Raddish Pickle ( Mula ko Achaar)

Sishnu ( Stinging Nettle ) Cake. ( The host said this was a bestseller). Just biting into it it gave off an aroma I cannot put into words. I wish it was a perfume. It was soft and accurately sweet.

Dessert Platter of Kheer ( tasted like kheer) with Fried Mango. Light yellow Mango Puree with some type of Nitrous treatment it tasted like the cream of coconut but mango ( WTF LOL) . Gudpak ice cream with Jaggery had a very woody and smoked flavor.

Sauteed Pear with Mango Yolk tasted sweet and sour. I didn't get to taste the red and green sauce since this was not my plate and my companion was dairy restricted.

Left is Gudpak in it's truest form ( according to the host) . Chocolate with some type of berry filling. ( We both do not like chocolate but yo this was something else.)

Chefs in action. They were nice and didn't mind me taking their pics .
