There will never be enough to words to describe how WONDERFUL this marching season has been. I still remember how heartbroken I was freshman year when I found out I would have to change schools, but now I can’t imagine a life without the Sotomayor Band. I thank my directors, for entrusting me with the position of head drum major for two years, and the band, for trusting me to lead them. Thank you to my two assistant drum majors, Sienna and Thomas, for being open to growth and always putting a smile on my face. Thank you to my dad for coming to every competition and game, and my dear mom for pushing me to be the best I can be. I’ve discovered so much of myself and grown as a leader through this band and I love every single one of you. Thank you for everything and one GREAT final marching season, let’s make concert season just as great. Onwards! taken in San Antonio, Texas by @aubgaud
