Please, please, please, I am begging you…unplug your small appliances that you aren’t using! by @aubs_reads

So many feelings and emotions. I’m still working on messaging everyone back but I’ll get there. Thank you to everyone who has been in our corner 🖤 by @aubs_reads

Burn it all. Take every single thing I own. As long as I have them, I have everything I need.

As many of you have seen, yesterday afternoon our pantry caught fire. The cause is still under investigation. I called 911 and got our kitchen fire extinguisher out, but I couldn’t get the pin out. As I was attempting to I soon realized that the flames were spreading too fast for me to try and take on. I grabbed my two littles who were home with me (Ads was at school) and we ran across the street to wait for the fire department.

They arrived five minutes after I called and I will spend forever being grateful to all those who put their own lives at risk to help us.

We were immediately surrounded by my neighbors who were my lifeline. They stayed with me, brought me chairs, brought me drinks, took my kids to play, hunted down Dane when I couldn’t get ahold of him at work, stayed to help get books out of the basement, and much much more. I will never forget any of it.

Walking through our home honestly feels like an out of body experience. It’s a reminder that things truly don’t matter. I have so many feelings but as I sit here and listen to my sleeping children breathe I feel unbelievably grateful. We are safe.

Once again my family finds itself in the middle of an outpouring of love. I feel like I never have enough words to say thank you. Thank you for the texts, the calls, the prayers and good vibes sent, the donations that I feel undeserving of, and for thinking of us…thank you for all of it. I don’t know where we go from here but I do know that we have an amazing support system behind us. I know I’ll be slow getting back to messages but thank you for still sending them, I see and feel all of the love 💜 by @aubs_reads

Swipe for a glow up, because your girl is MOVING HOME TODAY!!!

Surrounding myself with even more DDP because it can survive anything.

Is the house finished? No. It’s our insurance done paying for us to live somewhere else? Yes 🤣 it is pure chaos but how else would I do it?! by @aubs_reads

SO excited for The Whispered Storm!!! This series has my heart.

Divine magic is not a gift. It is an unraveling.

Brida Larrow has survived courts, secrets, and betrayal—but nothing could have prepared her for Quiala, the ancient city where the gods themselves gather.

Tensions are rising among them, and whispers of war ripple through their council. To survive what is coming, Brida must learn to control the fragile magic inside her before it consumes her entirely. But every time she calls upon that power, Dawn grows stronger… and Brida slips further away.

With Dainan at her side, Brida is pulled deeper into a game the gods have already begun. And somewhere within their web, another player is watching.

One bound to the enemy.
One who may have been moving her across the board all along.

As the final moves begin, Brida must decide what she is willing to sacrifice to stop Chaos—

before the power meant to save the world erases her completely. by @aubs_reads

(Why does it only let me add a certain number of clips?! 😩 if you’re not in here blame tiktok and know that I tried to get as many as I could!)

What a freaking week!

I don’t even have words to say how much this week has meant to me. Getting to go on tour with LJ and then help throw the most epic release party was such a whirlwind of chaotic fun. I got to see so many friends and meet a ton of new friends too

Huge shoutout to @authorljandrews for the time and care she gives to her family and fans. I watched you give SO much of yourself to others this week. They say don’t meet your hero’s but that doesn’t apply here.

To team LJ...working with you all is my dream job that I didn’t even know I could dream of. We have so much fun!!! And will resume doing so once we’ve slept. You’re all literally amazing at what you do and I’m glad you let me be apart of it.

To the authors and assistants, I’m obsessed with you all. In my head we’re all best friends. Just go with it, don’t make it weird.

And to all the others that helped make this event what it was…you’re all amazing and I’m in such awe of you. I’m not even tagging you all because I’m so scared l will forget someone!!!

It was truly an incredible and unforgettable week. by @aubs_reads
