PLEASURE POINT DANCE: Our Dance & Movement Studio is growing, evolving, and welcoming you into even more ways to move, strengthen, express yourself, and connect with community.

From Pilates and Barre to global rhythms, Latin-inspired dance, and the return of a familiar face, there are so many ways to find your way into movement this fall!

And here’s what we want you to know: you don’t have to be a dancer to dance. You don’t need previous experience, perfect coordination, or a certain kind of body. You just need a little curiosity and a willingness to begin. 💛

Whether you’re looking to build strength, get your heart pumping, try something new, or simply feel more at home in your body, there’s a place for you here.

This last week we’ve officially said see you later to that leftover summer sun. We are welcomed by lovely foggy and misty mornings. With this shift many of us may be wanting to spend more time indoors. Those outdoor activities we loved in the summer have shifted as we layer up.

This is a beautiful time to take a look at our movement practices and see what feels most aligned in this new season.

Find ritual and routine in sacred movements practices that ebb and flow just like the seasons.

So if you are looking for somewhere to bring movement into your cozy fall days-we have a special place for you in our sanctuary.

This fall we are welcoming new classes and even teachers to our schedule! It is an exciting and buzzing time in the sanctuary.

In our expanding dance and movement studio you will see more barre and more pilates on the schedule along with some very fun dance classes!

It may not be beach weather anymore but its a great time to get cozy, do some yoga, or come move and groove with your community!
