There’s something so powerful about a woman who is learning to find herself again after becoming a mom. 🤍

Your body changes. Your hormones change. Your priorities change. You give so much of yourself to your babies that sometimes you forget there’s still a woman in there who has her own goals, dreams, and things she wants for herself.

And somewhere between the sleepless nights, the breastfeeding, the chaos, and taking care of everyone else, you start finding your way back to HER.

Not because you need to look the way you did before kids. Not because you owe anyone a certain body. But because you deserve to feel strong, confident, and like YOURSELF again.

Building yourself back up while raising little humans is a different kind of strength. And if you’re in that season right now, I’m proud of you. 🫶🏼

Mom of two, business owner, trying to get my workouts in… some days it feels like there aren’t enough hours in the day. 😂

I just want to wake up feeling rested and ready to take on the day, and waking up hot and sweaty in the middle of the night definitely wasn’t helping!

I’ve been using @chilipad , and I’ve genuinely noticed I’m waking up way less sweaty and much more rested! I love that I can adjust my bed’s temperature to what feels comfortable for me!

Honestly, anything that makes my nights a little more comfortable is a win in this season of life. 🤍
