Chuuuuuums! My finished copies of The Tiny Magic Bookshop are here and they’re SO beautiful 😍

I hate videos of myself, so I’ve done a photo reveal instead - they’re all in sequence except for the first one, which is when I realised there are SHINY BITS and got very excited 😂

Such a wonderful moment to hold this book in my hands. It’s a cosy story about a indie bookshop in a magical village, but it’s also about grief and belonging and home 🧡

Only just over a month until you’ll get to hold it in your hands too 🤓 by @augustbloomauthor

I have a new book coming out in December 😍🐈‍⬛🥐

The Tiny Magic Bakery heads back to Lampton where Cam’s steady life (that she adores) is shaken at its buttery biscuit foundation by the reveal of the (beautiful, she would say) art on her body 😱

I loved writing this story, and not just because I got to chat so much about baked goods. Cam is such a wonderful character to inhabit - so full of love for her friends, so desperate to do the right thing, so confused about her place in the world 🧡

I can’t wait for you to revisit Lampton on the 17th December (do I hear stocking filler?!) and you can pre-order a signed copy from @tealeavesandreads - the link is in my bio 😘

Also - please stand in awe of @dlongillustrator’s beautiful cover design. I love it so much 😭 by @augustbloomauthor

📚😍✨ You feel a special kind of magic just stepping foot in a bookshop ✨😍📚

Today is Bookshop Day - what a glorious thing 🤓

Why not celebrate by heading to your local bookshop for a mosey - you never know if you might pick up your next favourite book 🥰

I loved writing about a teeny bookshop, and here are some lovely bookshops that I’ve been to recently 😍🦉📚

Had the loveliest time at Driffield Library as part of @erwordfest 🤓

@louise_beech_swanson was the best interviewer - and everyone who came was so kind 🥰

We chatted all about The Tiny Magic Bookshop - and about how much I love bookshops and libraries, the magic of reading, and the importance of dreaming about the bookshop you might own one day 😍 by @augustbloomauthor

Tropes as cooking ingredients - I love it 😂🧁🥰

I don’t know why, but that blueberry in werewolf is giving me life 😂

Am starting my final read through of The Tiny Magic Bakery before it goes off to print today, so thought I would give you a sneak peek at the first page 😍

It’s both exciting and terrifying that I’m almost done with this story, and that so soon you will be able to visit Lampton for the second time 🥰

(If you’d like to pre-order a signed copy, there’s a link in my bio to nab a copy from @tealeavesandreads 😘) by @augustbloomauthor

Had SUCH a lush time at the @tealeavesandreads literary festival 🥰

Obviously took no sensible pictures of the panel itself with @authorbythesea1207 - but we had a lovely time chatting about cosy fantasy and our journeys to publishing and how drawing fantasy maps is an artform 😂

I signed so many copies of The Tiny Magic Bookshop, spoke to genuinely lovely readers, was so well taken care of by all the staff and volunteers, and the drive there and back certainly didn’t feel like as much of a mission as I expected it to 🤓

Shall be wearing my VIP lanyard whenever I feel I am not being treated with quite the reverence I deserve and look at my new mug 😍

I have a morning for writing - which feels a little daunting as I’m getting back into writing a first draft 😱

Wanted to share some of the things I’m doing to make it a bit easier 🤓 by @augustbloomauthor

Did something brave today (aided by owl socks) - I started the third book in the Tiny Magic series 🤓

(And for those who didn’t know - yay! There’s going to be a third one 🥳)

I set myself a target of just writing the first chapter, as going from a polished almost finished book back to a first draft can be jarring, and it went really well ☺️

Genuinely so excited to be back in Lampton and telling a new story about my imaginary friends again 🥰

Thank you to all of you who have already nabbed the ebook and audiobooks, and now you can get your grabby hands on a physical copy as well 😍

It kind of blows my mind that people all the way around the world will hang out with my imaginary friends - I hope you have a lovely time in Lampton with Max and Young Lord Sharpsight 🤓 by @augustbloomauthor
