Jiu-Jitsu CON No-Gi 2026 🥉

Today, I won my first match by submission, and lost the second by points, finishing in 3rd place. Even so, it’s an incredible feeling and a huge accomplishment.

Only God and I know how hard I’ve been working, how much I’ve been visualizing this moment, and how badly I wanted it.

I want to thank everyone who has been following and supporting me throughout this journey. And a special thank you to everyone who has been helping me during my training and preparation.

Of course, I also want to thank the professionals who have been part of this process:

@edu.oliveira thank you for helping me with my strength and conditioning and keeping me in the best physical shape possible.

@victorfreipe thank you for taking care of my nutrition and keeping me fueled with an incredible diet throughout my preparation.

And thank you to everyone who has helped me in any way along the way. I’m truly grateful.

Most importantly, thank You, God, for keeping me healthy and allowing me to do what I love most.

And to all my students at Gracie Barra Coppell, thank you for always supporting me. This is for all of us.

IBJJF Austin Summer 2026 🥇

It’s always amazing to compete here in Austin, and I’m very happy with today’s result. Austin Summer Champion at Lightweight!

Above all, I want to thank God, my Savior, for allowing me to live and do what I love.

Para mim, senso de merecimento é fazer a mesma Posição várias vezes até conseguir aplicá-la. Isso é muito satisfatório, porque você sabe o quanto trabalhou duro para chegar ali. No fim, você não está só tentando acertar.

I’ve been working on this position in my training, and it’s crazy how powerful muscle memory is. It wasn’t even a position I was looking for during the match
I just naturally ended up there without thinking. And when I realized it, I was already in it.

I’m really happy with the progress I’ve been making in my leg game, and every day I keep getting better and sharper with my leg positions. by @augustorabelobjj

Today I became champion at the Dallas Winter 🥇
Two matches, two submissions.

Today was truly a spectacular day. Having my friends and students there supporting me gave me extra energy and made a huge difference.

I want to thank God for my health and for everything He has been doing in my life. Jesus Christ is my Savior.

I also want to thank @leonel.marra for always being there cheering and shouting for me. And of course, thanks to all my students who are part of this journey.

A special thanks to @patriotpointcoaching for the help during the Monday and Wednesday training sessions that have been helping me improve a lot.
