healthy smile is about far more than straight teeth.

Orthodontic treatment brings the teeth into a healthier, more functional position, improving alignment, bite and creating better conditions for long-term oral health.

But sometimes, correcting crowded teeth reveals something that was previously hidden: black triangles.

When teeth overlap, these spaces may not be visible. Once the teeth are aligned, small gaps between the teeth and gums can appear. This can be related to the natural shape of the teeth, the position of the contact points and, in some cases, gum recession.

That’s why our approach doesn’t necessarily end with the final aligner.

Phase 1: Correct: bringing the teeth into their optimal position with personalised orthodontics.

Phase 2: Regenerate: where indicated, supporting the gingival tissues with regenerative approaches such as hyaluronic acid to improve the appearance of these spaces.

He was looking for an alternative to jaw surgery.

After several consultations recommending surgery for his crossbite, he came to us for a second opinion.

Following a comprehensive assessment, we developed a personalised treatment plan combining clear aligners with the carefully planned extraction of one tooth, allowing us to correct his crossbite without jaw surgery.

Did you know your teeth have microscopic pathways that allow minerals to move in and out of the enamel?

This creates a continuous balance between demineralisation and remineralisation.

When conditions are favourable, minerals such as calcium and phosphate can return to the enamel, helping strengthen areas of early mineral loss. When this balance is disrupted, demineralisation can progress and the earliest stages of tooth decay can begin.

This is where regenerative dentistry takes a different approach: supporting the tooth’s natural biology to promote remineralisation, preservation and long-term strength.

Three countries. Three new beginnings.

From Afghanistan to Germany, from Germany to Italy, and eventually to Switzerland

each chapter of my journey meant adapting to a new environment, a new culture, and a different way of life.

Along the way, I found my path in holistic dentistry , a profession that has shaped how I connect with people and continues to evolve with every experience and perspective I gain.

Today, I’m based in Zurich, bringing together the cultures, experiences and lessons from every chapter before, both personally and professionally.

Every new beginning has shaped who I am today.
