What a bloody honour to be apart of the new @sandwith.studio a/w collection shot by @hanalatif I was lucky enough to work along side Eve in the kitchen at @plattfields_marketgarden before I opening the cafe. It’s been pretty special to watch your knitwear brand flourish over the years, watching you become a mum to Lonny and still have the time to offer me so much support, encouragement and advice with starting up Auntie Lou’s. You’re a superhuman to say the least. This really was a family affair. Our FOH extraordinaire @hanalatif shot the campaign. I’m by FAR a natural in front of the camera but Hana has this special way of making everything feel easy. Our Barista Sabina came along too,looking super cute in the pink Bonnet. The ‘Lou’ hat which I’m sporting in these photos sold out after two hours but is available for pre order over on the @sandwith.studio website. BIG NEWS! Our beef and Guiness stew is back on the menu tomorrow. Made using @littlewoodsbutchers brisket. Served with our house soda bread and a generous smere of butter. Can’t wait for all my clothes to smell of beef and onions again :)))))))) by @auntielouscafe

We’re at @yantantethera_farmersmarkets today at @trackbrewingcotaproom for a belter of a day along with so many other unreal stalls !! Open 12-5 and best believe we are getting the bbq lit. Migas will be on as a special this week all day. A humble dish made using soaked left over breadcrumbs and other nice things laying about. It’s not exactly the prettiest, but it does everything a dish in a cafe within a market hall should do. I ate it for the first time at Bar Cortijo last year in Tarragona and haven’t stopped thinking about it since. Come and enjoy it with me starting from tomorrow by @auntielouscafe
