Kayla is the owner of Specific Health Massage Therapy in Sun Prairie and Wisconsin’s only Certified Cross Functional Sports Massage Specialist (CSMS) and voted best place in Sun Prairie to get a massage three years running. Since opening her practice in 2021, she has built a sports and clinical focused business centered on helping people move better, recover stronger, and stay active. Beyond the treatment room, Kayla serves in leadership with the AMTA Wisconsin Chapter and is actively involved in the Sun Prairie community and chamber along with volunteering, helping support local organizations, and connecting with other fellow business owners. It’s been almost one year since we had the pleasure of sitting down with @leilahormozi during our relaunch event. In that time, AI has become one of the biggest conversations in business. While it has the power to accelerate ideas and improve efficiency, it can also become a shortcut that weakens the very skill every leader needs most: critical thinking. Leila Hormozi recently shared this perspective: “When you rush, you skip thinking, cut corners, and create mistakes that require rework. Rework is the slowest form of progress. Slowing down forces clarity. Clarity improves judgment. Good judgment eliminates false starts.” She encourages you to ask yourself, “am I using this to organize my thinking, or replace my thinking?” …and we wholeheartedly agree. AI is an incredible tool, but it should sharpen your ideas and not substitute them.
