Rising Women in Wisconsin // No. 1

In this issue, we discover how Shahayra Majumder transformed a life shaped by trauma, survival, and uncertainty into one rooted in faith, leadership, equity, wealth, and possibility. We dive into the experiences that taught her to reclaim her agency, the relationships and practices that helped her move forward, and the evolution of her identity as a survivor, entrepreneur, activist, and franchise owner.

We explore her vision for building wealth with purpose, creating spaces where people feel cared for and connected, leading with both compassion and accountability, and using her work to make people’s options wider.

If you’re rebuilding after loss or pivot, continuing to execute as usual with new branding…isn’t it.

You must be willing to walk through the fire again:
Facing the shadows
Facing the humility
Facing the ego
Facing the audience confusion

…and saying…fuck it.

It’s been almost one year since we had the pleasure of sitting down with @leilahormozi during our relaunch event.

In that time, AI has become one of the biggest conversations in business. While it has the power to accelerate ideas and improve efficiency, it can also become a shortcut that weakens the very skill every leader needs most: critical thinking.

Leila Hormozi recently shared this perspective:

“When you rush, you skip thinking, cut corners, and create mistakes that require rework. Rework is the slowest form of progress.

Slowing down forces clarity. Clarity improves judgment. Good judgment eliminates false starts.”

She encourages you to ask yourself, “am I using this to organize my thinking, or replace my thinking?” …and we wholeheartedly agree.

AI is an incredible tool, but it should sharpen your ideas and not substitute them. The strongest businesses, leaders, and creators will always be the ones who think deeply first and use technology to amplify their vision.

Leila’s issue is still available in our digital vault.
