Summer is over ! all the new [aglɔmeʀa] sculptures were made.
Each sculpture generates its own offcuts : layers of material, panels I used for upgrades old furniture I found in antique stores.
All of this new material are now carefully stored in the workshop, slowly drying, waiting for their next transformation…
This is [aglɔmeʀa] furniture.
Every piece is entirely made by hand in my studio. Only a few pieces each year….
The first of this year will be shown in @padesignart London with @galeriedumonteil.

For the 2026/2027 season, I am continuing my formal research through a new material: tin {Sn}.
A few years ago, I began a series of experiments focused on assembling terracotta elements without glue, driven by a desire to move away from petrochemical adhesives and towards modes of connection that are more physical, elemental, and ancient.
This research now continues through a body of work made from delicate brick latticework and old tin objects —pots, cutlery, and plates—sourced from antique dealers, flea markets, and second-hand shops.
The terracotta fragments are joined through the melting of the metal. Tin acts as a joint, staple, dowel, and structural element : it holds, seals, and reveals the geometric lines formed between the fragments.
The project echoes ancient building and restoration techniques, in which metal elements were cast or inserted into stone to reinforce structures. Here, this constructive logic is shifted towards geometric solids: the connection is no longer concealed, but becomes visible, active, and sculptural…
