For those following along — Stickerbook is still working through the App Store review process. Each submission takes a few days to review, and minor change requests mean starting that clock over.

In the meantime, I built something else. I was out with my daughters and found a board with those magnetic words people stick on refrigerators. We stood there playing with it for a good while. Couldn’t find a good app version, so I made one.

It’s called Magnetic Word Board — drag words around, rearrange them, see what you come up with. You can export what you make and share it too.

Available now on the Apple App Store. The Android version is also built — I just need at least 12 testers for a minimum of 14 days before it can go live. If you’re interested in testing, DM me your email address.

Even if the app isn’t your thing, downloading it and leaving a rating or review helps a ton with visibility in the App Store. Would really appreciate it. by @austin.nevers

A whole decade of Alyssa! Somehow, this kid is 10 today.

Alyssa never fails to blow me away. Her memory is incredible—she’ll remind you of things you said three years ago with perfect accuracy (especially if it proves her right). She’s sharp, excelling in school, learning Japanese, and always thinking three steps ahead. She’s also one of the funniest people I know—goofy, quick-witted, and an expert at keeping me humble with her roasting skills (a talent she and her big sister both have down to an art).

On top of all that, she’s bursting with creativity—constantly drawing, making up stories, and even coming up with concepts for future hit songs (her latest idea: “Everybody Bleeds on the Inside”). She’s a great friend, loves her pets, and is always on the move—whether she’s blowing through the neighborhood on her rollerblades or kicking butt at MMA (where she levels up to purple belt this week!).

Watching her grow into this confident, curious, capable, caring, and amazing young lady is one of the greatest joys of my life.

Happy 10th, Alyssa! I love you 💜 by @austin.nevers

The Camellia’s seem to have a stronger pull on me this year than normal. So here’s a poem. A New Year’s Kiss: An Ode to the Camellia by @austin.nevers

I’ve always found comfort in the structure of a strict rhyme scheme when writing poetry—it’s like a safety net, keeping my thoughts in rhythm. But for this one, I decided to branch out into free verse.

This is Fat Hair, an evolutionary poem of the titles my daughter has given me. by @austin.nevers
