Got out this weekend to take some photos of the postal with @gabiminnich. It feels really good to spend some time enjoying this car after all the years of hard work. taken in Lancaster, Pennsylvania by @austin_ulmer

Good start here for 2025.
First time we’ve actually parked the postals together in the HQ since 2020.

The (hopefully not) forever restoration continues. I post contextless photos of this process on my story frequently. So, to give a little context I bought this 1994 legacy postal wagon with 207,000 miles and tons of rust. Completely ignoring sensibility, I started digging into sheet metal repair with absolutely no experience in any of the skillsets required. Now, a few years later, with a few thousand hours invested, I'm nearing the end of this process and quite possibly the most challenging portion of it that I've taken on so far; removing, repairing, and replacing the entire passengers rear strut tower. Hopefully the jig I made a year ago helps me put it back where it came from 😀 📸= @alexthekidfrank taken in Manheim, Pennsylvania by @austin_ulmer
