One thing I love about this sport is the work is never done. Striving for this physical goal is developing my self discipline and commitment to excellence.

No short cuts. Staying present and grateful, and you better believe I’m giving my 100% every day to beat this look💫

First show of the year ✨

Overall open wellness 🥇

Aligned spiritually and physically, this prep is like breathing. Doing what I love and praying I bring glory to God in every moment.

Thankful for the people around me who allow me to be able to pursue this dream; especially my husband and family. Thank you to @themusclequest and everyone who helped make this show happen.

4wk to improve ⏳

“I have found the one whom my soul loves”

Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️ From carrying my bag, doing my competition nails, always letting me eat your food, holding my arm when I’m wearing heels, pushing me harder in the gym, prioritizing my sleep, raising boys, setting goals, pursuing our dreams…in the little things and the big things, you have led me and our family closer to Christ. Thank you for loving me always. 💌❤️ by @avahai_

Checked off a huge bucket list item by completing Half Dome summit with my family! 🏞️

Unfortunately didn’t get a ton of pics on the way up or at the top due to inclement weather moving in, but wow, what an unforgettable experience. Thankful to create memories like this with my family 💙
